Talk of the town

Yes our new Club gear is the talk of the town. There is a whole new range with prices from €8 for socks to a kit bundle of just €90. For this you get socks, togs, half zip jersey, skinny pants and training jersey. Other bundles can be had as well. Already the orders are coming in.

Academy Games

Our U11 Team travelled to Kilworth to play the local side. Lee Guildea grabbed a hat trick. Well done Lee.

The squad was Josh Mangan, Dylan Kerrigan, Brian Murphy, Oscar Morrisson, Paul Hegarty, Ryan Whelan, James McDonnell, Lee Guildea.

Our U9 team travelled to Cappoquin on Friday night and enjoyed the games. The panel was David Murphy, A J Goulding, Noah Treacy, Darragh Donovan, Oscar Cunningham and Edward Kaulius.

Welcome

Any new boys and girls are welcome to join our club and one can have a good time playing games in the West Waterford - East Cork area.

Birthday Greetings

I had a visit of some young boys over the weekend to tell me their Grandad's birthday is today Wednesday. They said he was the best Grandad ever. In saying this they said it might get them a piece of cake and some sweets. OK who is Grandad? The only man in town with an Irish Cap. Now you know Michael "Mickey" Curley.

Call into Glanbia today as Gal has opened a visitors book to wish him a Happy Birthday. The surprise party is on tonight in ..... Oh God I'm not suppose to say that. Anyway a Happy 60th birthday Mickey. From all in United.
