Brideview Utd AFC Schoolboy/girl Notes
Plenty of Football - On T.V.
Yes plenty of snow and no shortage of football but the football was on the T.V. All local football fell foul to the terrible weather that we had over the last few days. However we here in Tallow can count ourselves very lucky as we did not get the worst of the weather.
Michael is Forty
Yes a big party was held for Michael Delaney (Mr Football) on Friday night last as he celebrated his 40th birthday. Michael had a lovely meal in the new take away in New St. Michael then got a shock when he thought he was just going for a few pints but the party was on in Clancys and yes it was a complete surprise. Sorry i couldn't make it Michael but sure it was a terrific night or so I am told.
Best Wishes
To Philip Daly who had his operation this week. We wish Philip a speedy recovery also to Paul 'Weapon' Harty who is out of action at the moment.
Good Luck
To Alex Good, Adam Pratt, Aidan Murphy and Fiona Mc Carthy who are in the regional final to the Credit Union Quiz which takes placein Mallow on Saturday. Bes of luck from all in United.
