O'Brien Scores in Spain
The W.W.E.C. U12 development squads were in Spain last weekend.  Utd had two players namely Shane Martin and Jake O'Brien in this squad. Martin was excellent in goal while Jake O'Brien got on the scoresheet. Well done lads. 

It was a busy weekend for the club as we had over 50 boys and girls in Waterford on Thursday night for the U21 International.  Sadly Italy won but it did not stop our crowd from enjoying themselves.  The stopoff at McDonnells in Dungarvan rounded off a terrific days outing.

On Friday night the Aviva was the place for many of our club members as a tribute was being held for Leonard Fraser R.I.P. on the match programme.  The club were guests of the F.A.I. on the night.

To two of our U11 development squad namely Josh Good and Ciarán Lenehan who take part in The Cork Cap which takes place this weekend. Our lads are staying in Trabolgan over the weekend.  Also involved here are Brian Donnelly and Clive Good.  Best wishes for a good weekend from all in Brideview.

Birthday Greetings
To Carmel (Burke) Daly who celebrated her birthday on Sunday night last.  Also to Anne Tobin and Anne O'Keeffe who also celebrated their birthdays.  Not forgetting the other Ann Tobin (wife of Cllr James Tobin) who celebrated her 70th birthday on Sunday night. 
Am I finished well almost this comming weekend sees Patricia (Burke) Condon celebrating her Birthday.  i must check up on her age. Ha! Ha! Anyway hope everyone has a great time.

Speedy Recovery
All in United wish Finn McCarthy a speedy recovery.  Finn is in hospital at the moment but hopefully he will be home soon.  Best wishes to Mairead Sheehan who is home from hospital.
