Late goals sink Utd.

It was a busy week for the club with Tostal festival taking place and our U13 team in both league and cup action.  Also we had our Lip Sync Battly.

This game looked to be heading for extra time but with just 3 minutes remaining Ardmore scored twice and so advanced to the next round of the cup. Our lads put up a great performance and were inlucky on the night as stephen Murphy, Jack McDonnell and Harvey Hogan all went close to giving Utd the lead.  Althogh the post did rescue Utd early in the second half.

A cracker of a game her played in Leonard Fraser Park on Friday evening last.  Mogeely led 1-0 at the break
Jack McDonnell equalised for UTd. bt the Wanders grabbed a winner late in the game to run out winners.

Lip Sync Battle
Another terrific night in Lizzy Langtons before a full house.  The craic was mighty especially the Billy Murphy special act by some of the clubs lotto boys.  They went down a bomb.  Something new for next year is already under way.  Maybe the real ABBA will appear.  Congratulations to everyone who took part and Clari and Ciara on winning the show.  Well done to Yvonne, Martin, Caroline, Emma and Theresa.

Saying Goodbye
The young couple were parting company outside Centre.  The young man and grandads were keeping an eye on em.  Mother of God!! siad the young man to grandads did you see that? I did indeed says grandads not evena  kiss or a cuddle.  WHat a shame i could see a tear in his eye said the young man.  We would not part like that in the old days says grandads Ha! Ha! No names give out here HAHAHAHAH
