Brideview Utd. A.F.C. Schoolboy Notes 

A Huge Welcome to Santa
A huge crowd of boys and girls came to the Community Centre to visit Santa on Friday night last, Santa had a parcle for everyone and a great night was had by all.  The girls on the face painting job did an excellent job much to the delilght of all the children.

I do hope I will not leave anyone out when I start to thank all those people for helping with Santas visit. The Tallow Firebrigade expecially the driver, Sandra for the facepainting, Geraldine and Valeire for the tea's, the bouncers on the door Ha! Ha!  Nuala and Sinéad well done girls, D.J. Brian Power, not forgetting Brian, Clive, Dominic, Stephan, Finbar, Ben, Eoin, Michael and of Course the man himself Santa.  Then we had Marian and Eamonn for making sure all the parcles were ready for Santa.

Games off
All Schoolboy games were called off again last week due to the poor weather conditions.  Oh for summer soccer!, hopefully games will go ahead this weekend. 

Republic of Ireland V Italy
An U21 game between the above countries takes place in Waterford in March.  At the moment we are still waiting for the details but the club hope to run a bus to this game.  If interested please give names to any committee member

Clubs will be notified on times.  Academy games will kick off at 2pm
